* The JSPE registration rate is available only to individuals who hold simultaneous membership with the Japanese Society for Pharmacoepidemiology and the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology.
** The Special registration price is available only to individuals who are citizens of, and currently live in a country classified as High, Medium or Low Human Development as identified by the United Nations (Source: Human Development Report 2020). If registering online, it is not necessary to self-select the Special rate. The system will automatically determine eligibility and apply the discounted price where applicable.
*** The Student/Recent Graduate registration rate is available only to individuals currently enrolled in a FULL-TIME graduate, post-graduate, or undergraduate program; or individuals who graduated from such a program on or after June 30, 2022. Documentation showing proof of status must be submitted with registration.

Registration to 2025 ISPE Annual Meeting grants the registrant, free of charge, ISPE membership for calendar year 2026. The membership is applied to the registrant's record upon conclusion of the conference (usually by October 1) and is effective from January 1, 2026.
Some exclusions apply. Complimentary membership is not included with the following registrations:

ISPE Health & Safety Policy
Our Health & Safety Policy governs the safety of our conference for all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, staff, and vendors, and before you can complete your registration, you must acknowledge and accept this policy. Should you not wish to accept the ISPE Health & Safety Policy you should not register. Submission of a registration is regarded as your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this policy.
Event Terms and Conditions
Our Event Terms & Conditions apply to all ISPE events and before you can complete your registration you must acknowledge and accept them. Should you not wish to accept the Event Terms & Conditions you should not register. Submission of a registration is regarded as your acceptance of these Event Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations, in writing, are permitted up to and including July 31, 2025, less a USD 100 cancellation fee; students may request a reduced cancellation fee of USD 40. After July 31, In-Person registrations may be converted to the Virtual package and the difference in fees refunded without a cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellation of Virtual registrations after July 31.
Refunds will be issued AFTER the meeting in U.S. dollars (USD) via the original method of payment whenever possible. Registration fees for cancelled registrations cannot be applied to future ISPE meetings. No refunds of any kind are offered for registrants who do not cancel prior to the start of the conference and who do not attend.

Online registration is the only means of registering for ISPE 2025 Annual Meeting. ISPE no longer accepts registration via mail or fax.
